The Children’s Aid Society of the District of Nipissing and Parry Sound (CASNPS) has adopted policies and procedures in the pursuit of providing consistently high customer service standards for all clients, regardless of race, creed, age, gender, or disability.
All services provided by CASNPS shall follow the ideals of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. We strive to meet or exceed all applicable legislation regarding the provision of customer service.
