Help bring a little extra holiday hope this year by making a difference in the lives of children and families here in the Nipissing and Parry Sound district. Your participation in The Joy Project will provide for a much more joyous holiday season for many of our children, youth and families!
You Can Gift It Forward By:
Sponsoring a Child, Youth or Family in Need
Donors are matched with a child, youth or family and receive information about their holiday wishes, clothing/shoe size and a list of household needs. To maintain confidentiality, children, youth and families are assigned pseudonyms so we ask that no personalized gifts are purchased.
The Joy Project empowers donors to choose the demographics of whom they wish to sponsor. Charitable tax receipts are available for all purchases – just keep your receipts.

Donation Drop Off:
Donations can be dropped off at Santa’s workshop located at 140 Elmwood Avenue, North Bay (old St. Paul School) between December 11 – 13, 2023 (8:30 am – 6:00 pm). If you require pick up, please let us know and Santa can arrange a sleigh.
Making a Monetary Donation
Monetary donations are graciously accepted and we can do the shopping for you! Charitable tax receipts are available for any denominations.

Volunteering Your Time
If you would like to contribute through volunteering your time, there are many ways you can get involved and have a positive impact. Please contact us at (705) 472-0910 or by email at volunteerinfo@parnipcas.org to discuss volunteer positions we have available.
Other Ways to Get Involved:
- Feel like organizing a toy drive? Amazing! Get your office/friends/sports team etc. to organize a toy/PJ/book drive in our honour.
- Have an upcoming holiday party? Ask your guests to bring a toy instead of a hostess gift!
- Don’t know what to get someone who has everything? Sponsor a child or family in their name! Certificates are available upon request.
- Shop local this year and support business in our community! Mention “The Joy Project” at Creative Learning (181 Main West in North Bay) and receive 10% off your purchase!
